Return Policy

Return and exchange:

We do not accept 'change of mind' as a valid reason for returns or exchanges. Products will only be exchanged under the following circumstances: -

1:The product received is not the one you ordered.

2:The product is damaged during shipping

We have a 7-day policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request ab exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address given by customer services. Shipping charges of sending a return will be paid by you

 IF your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is damaged. If you receive the wrong product, reach out to us so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as custom orders and personalized items, cannot be returned.
