Our standard delivery time is 7-10 days, though we often ship orders sooner. This timeframe is a precautionary measure in case we experience high order volumes. Since we hand-pour each product upon order, we do not keep pre-made stock available.

We understand that our products are extremely fragile, which is why we take extra care in packaging. Every item is securely packed by our team, and we use heavy padding to minimize the risk of breakage. However, in the unlikely event that a product gets damaged during shipping, rest assured—we will send you a replacement! Your satisfaction is our top priority.
